`AccessGuard`	Decides whether a request may reach the debugger.
`CapturePolicyFactory`	Builds the policy that redacts sensitive values and caps request bodies before the debugger persists a capture.
`CollectorRegistrar`	Resolves the configured debug collectors and validates their stable IDs before request capture.
`CoreDefinitions` final	Merges the built-in collector and panel definitions with the ones the application declares.
`DispatcherAttacher`	Hands every collector named in `Module::$dispatchers` to the application component the application pairs it with, so the component emits its PSR-14 events into the collector.
`LogTargetFactory`	Resolves the configured log target the module attaches to the application logger during the bootstrap.
