Captures profile-level log messages emitted by Yii::beginProfile() for the Profiling panel.

Snapshots the captured profile messages, the peak memory usage, and the total request time.

Returns

PHPForge\Debug\Panel\Profile\ProfilingSnapshot|null: Captured profiling payload; null when the collector never started.
